Massage therapy not only relieves muscle aches and pains, but it helps to reduce stress & anxiety, improves circulation & mobility, & stimulates the lymphatic system.

The Signature Table Massage is a customized massage tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, integrating Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Thai Massage techniques on the massage table. During treatment, the client will be draped with a sheet covering any part of their body that is not being worked on.

An intake form will be required prior to the first session, where medical conditions or particular areas of concern should be communicated.
